Back Order Policy
A customer service representative will contact you with availability information after placement of the order.
Most of our products are made to order. Standard delivery times are between 30 to 45 days.
Guardian Point hopes you are 100% satisfied with your experience and purchase with us. If you are not satisfied with your product, we offer a variety of options for an exchange or refund.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via email immediately. Each return is dealt with on a case-by-case basis. All items must be in new condition with the original packing and invoice. We reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee if the item is returned without the original packaging or if the item is not in original condition.
We will not issue a credit or exchange for items that have been utilized or damaged (unless it is due to a manufacturing defect).
NO RETURNS AFTER 15 DAYS AFTER THE ORIGINAL DELIVERY DATE WILL BE ACCEPTED.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for the shipping charges associated with returning products to us unless the product was defective or received in an error on our part.
We will send a copy of your refund by mail or email once we have received and processed your returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 business days of our receipt of the item.
We do not refund outgoing shipping or pay for return shipping.
In no event shall Guardian Point be liable for any indirect, direct, special, incidental, punitive or consequential damages of any kind arising from or related to the purchase or use of this equipment. Buyer purchases and uses products at his own risk. Merchandise and products are sold as is.
